  1. Artificial Intelligence, Agents, and Automated Decision Systems

Where a Service includes or interacts with artificial intelligence, machine learning, code generation, content generation, automation, agents, or automated decision systems, you must not use such functionality to facilitate unlawful activity, generate, modify, or deploy malware, conduct phishing, fraud, scams, or impersonation, generate deceptive or harmful synthetic media, facilitate privacy violations, surveillance abuse, or doxxing, facilitate harassment, exploitation, discrimination, or abuse, make or assist high-impact decisions without appropriate human oversight and legal compliance, circumvent safeguards, safety systems, monitoring, or enforcement controls, or generate content intended to cause physical, psychological, financial, reputational, or societal harm.

You are responsible for how you use outputs generated through the Services.

High-Risk and Regulated Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you must not use hosted Services in high-risk settings where failure, misuse, or inaccurate output could reasonably contribute to death, personal injury, severe financial loss, unlawful discrimination, critical infrastructure failure, or serious legal consequences.

Restricted areas may include medical diagnosis or treatment decisions, emergency response, critical infrastructure, weapons systems, law enforcement decision-making, financial, credit, employment, housing, insurance, or legal eligibility decisions, biometric identification or surveillance, or other regulated or safety-critical uses.

Self-Hosted Deployments

If you operate a self-hosted deployment, you are solely responsible for installation, configuration, hosting, administration, security, access controls, updates, backups, compliance with applicable law, moderation, abuse handling, user notices, privacy obligations, data protection, incident response, and vulnerability management.

You must not represent an independently operated deployment as being operated, endorsed, certified, approved, affiliated with, or controlled by me unless expressly authorized in writing.

If a self-hosted deployment interacts with infrastructure, APIs, update systems, authentication systems, licensing systems, or other Services operated by me, I may restrict, suspend, or block that interaction where necessary to prevent abuse, security risk, legal risk, or policy violations.

Evasion and Attempts

  • You must not attempt to violate this Policy.

Creating new accounts, keys, deployments, identities, organizations, or technical workarounds to bypass enforcement is prohibited.

Enforcement

I may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Where I reasonably believe a violation has occurred, I may take action including warning, content removal, access restriction, rate limiting, account suspension, account termination, API key or token revocation, repository, project, or workspace restriction, blocking traffic or integrations, refusal of support, reporting where required or permitted by applicable law, or legal action.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, risk, harm, impact, scale, user history, cooperation, and the likelihood of recurrence.

No Obligation to Monitor

This Policy does not create an obligation for me to monitor, review, moderate, investigate, or enforce against any specific content, activity, user, deployment, or violation.

I may exercise discretion in enforcement except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this Policy may be reported to:
